Shipment Upgrade Notice
We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we've upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for UK, ES, DE & AU customers!
1) For UK and US customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 7-15 business days for Flat Rate Shipping (it was 10-25 business days before this upgrading);
2) For France, Spain, Germany & Australia customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 8-18 business days for Flat Rate Shipping (it was 10-25 business days before this upgrading);
3) Customers can enjoy FREE FLAT RATE SHIPPING on orders over USD$49 (shipping cost excluded). The order amount for free shipping has been increased due to the rise of shipping cost, which is out the consideration of providing better service and faster delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

All packages have specific tracking information.
You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

1) Shipping From Europe Warehouse to European countries: 3-6 business days.
2) Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
Processing
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability.

Tracking Your Order
For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
We high recommend that customers purchase a shipping insurance during the check out for peace of mind when waiting for the package.
